VILLAGE OF LIVINGSTON
REGULAR BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, MAY 3, 2010
Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.
Tom Brown swore in the new board members Ron, Kyle and Randy. Welcome to the board.
Clerk Johnson took roll call Tom Brown Yes, Ron Haas Yes, Rosie Gluege Yes, Kyle Richards Yes, Deb France Yes, Tim Loeffelholz Yes and Randy Warne Yes. Also present were Clerk Johnson, Betty Schambow and Joe Kitelinger.
Clerk Johnson verified the agenda was posted at the Village Post Office, Village Message Board and Village Office on 4/29/10.
Tim Loeffelholz made a motion to approve the April 5, 10 minutes with the correction of Tim made motion to put $10000.00 in the fire equipment LGIP and Ron seconded the motion, All I. Ron Haas seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.
Ron Haas made a motion to approve the April Treasurer Reports. Deb France seconded the motion. Tom Brown Yes, Ron Haas Yes, Rosie Gluege Yes, Randy Warne Yes, Deb France Yes, Tim Loeffelholz Yes, Kyle Richards Yes. Motion carried.
Deb France made a motion to approve the bills to be paid Municipal Well in the amount of $1000.00. Johnson & Block in the amount of $4170.00. Delta 3 in the amount of $2999.99. Rosie Gluege seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.
Ric Riniker
Ric said that he has approved the Building Permit for the Co-Op to start building. There have been some fence issues with neighbors talk to them. He also talk to the board about the variance meeting and the cost.
Police Report
Not at meeting.
Clerks Report
Ron Haas made a motion to approve the purchase of 2 computers for in the office. 1 is for the new meter system. The other is for the office. Deb France seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried. Ron Haas made a motion to approve Dawn to go to The District meeting on May 20th and to go to the Municipal Clerks Institute in Green Bay for a week in July. Tim Loeffelholz seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.
Library Report
Library has been busy. There have been a total of 21 children participating in the Toddler Story Time. The annual Tea & Card party is set for May 6.

New Business
Tim Loeffelholz made a motion to approve Clerk Johnson to take money out of the LGIP to pay bills. Ron Haas seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.
Maintenance Report
Joe has ordered 355 meters and a payment is due in June for them. The new meters will be read in the 100 gallons. Joe plans on selling the old meters. Joe had Attorney Todd Infield look at the contract for the maintains of the old tower and Todd had suggested to have the company take out the part that states that no object can be put on the top of the tower and to have them add the dollar amount of their insurance. Also Todd will have to change the Ordinance 9-1-2 pertaining to the amount per gallon the water billed to residents from 1000 to 100. Joe Also talked about spending $4000.00 on crack filling for streets and also asked the board what kind of chip they wanted him to get. The board decided to get the non coated chips for less. Joe and the board talked about the restrooms at Ball Park, in getting some out there. Talk more about at a later meeting.
Tim Loeffelholz explained that the fire department is going to be building a building for the fire trucks. The board has decided to have a contest that will be open to everyone; the contest is for a slogan to be put on banners that will be on the light polls on 80 and Center. The slogan will be meteorite related. There will be a $100.00 in prizes awarded to the winner of the chosen slogan that will be put on the banners. Contestant forms can be picked up at the Village office and Library, they must be returned to the Village off before June 1. The board will pick a winner at the June meeting. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!
Also the Library would like anyone who is willing to donate a piece of the meteorite to please do so; several people are working to make an archive.
