SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 19, 2020

HELD AT VILLAGE HALL-220 W. BARBER AVE, LIVINGSTON, WI 53554

Meeting called to order at 6:56 pm by Village president, Tom Brown.

Clerk verified posting of agenda at Livingston post office, Village message board and Village office on 11/16/2020.

Roll call taken; Tom Brown-present, Linda Friesen-present, Tim Loeffelholz- present, Curtis Vacha-present and Deb France-present. Chris Roth and Jason Potter absent. Also in attendance was Clerk Christina Christianson.

Motion by Friesen to approve agenda. Brown seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Brown made a motion to rescind his motion for adopting resolution #2020-09 from the regular board meeting dated 11-10-2020. Loeffelholz motion to rescind his second to that motion.

Motion by France to approve resolution #2020-10 for the Village tax levy in the amount of $186,819.00. Vacha seconded. All in favor with roll call vote. Motion passed.

No motion to go into closed session.

Motion by Loeffelholz to adjourn at 7:00pm. Brown seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
