VILLAGE OF LIVINGSTON
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
December 10, 2019
HELD AT VILLAGE HALL-220 W. BARBER AVE, LIVINGSTON, WI 53554
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Village president, Tom Brown.
Roll call taken; Tom Brown-present, Deb France-present, John Jelle-present, Chris Roth-present. Linda Friesen & Tim Loeffelholz- present. Jason Potter-Absent Also in attendance: Steve Jeardeau, Gary Stuckey and Clerk Christina Christianson.
Motion by Friesen to approve agenda. Brown seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Clerk verified posting of agenda at Livingston post office, Village message board and Village office on 12/5/19.
Motion by Loeffelholz to approve November minutes. Roth seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Police Report
Steve gave a brief update and discussed a court appearance for Village.
New Business
Motion by Loeffelholz to approve the following for chief inspectors and poll workers for a two year term. Christina Christianson-Chief, Shirley Place-Chief, Christie Cushman-Chief, Bonnie Wagner-poll, Sandy Wunderlin-Poll, Karen Yelinek-Poll, Arlyne Place-Poll, Sue Vavricka-Poll and Rosie Gluege-Poll. France seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Clerk Report-Christina Christianson
Motion by Brown to set caucus for January 14, 2020 at 6:30pm with the regular board meeting to immediately follow. France seconded. All in favor. Motion passed,
Christina informed the board that the new election machine has been picked up and Shirley Place, Christie Cushman and Christina have been though training on it.
Treasurers Report-Christina Christianson
Motion by Friesen to approve November Treasurer’s report. Roth seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Motion by Brown to approve bills in the amount of $6757.00 to Delta 3 Engineering to be paid out of the sewer account and Delta 3 Engineering in the amount of $1666.00, Ivey Construction in the amount of $2106.00, Baer Ins in the amount of $6464.00 and MPIC in the amount of$9112.00 all to be paid out of the general account. France seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Motion by France to approve Clerk to transfer of funds within the Village accounts through the LGIP and Community First Bank. Jelle seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

No motion to go into closed session
Motion by Friesen to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Loeffelholz seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Next regular Village Board meeting will be on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 immediately following the
caucus meeting which is at 6:30pm
