VILLAGE OF LIVINGSTON

REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES

January 8, 2019

HELD AT VILLAGE HALL-220 W. BARBER AVE, LIVINGSTON, WI 53554

Meeting called to order at 6:45 pm by Village president, Tom Brown.

Roll call taken; Tom Brown-present, -present, Rosie Gluege-present, Jason Potter-present, Kimberly Loeffelholz-present, Linda Friesen-present, Chris Roth-present & John Jelle-present. Also in attendance were Gary Stuckey and Clerk Christianson.

Motion by Friesen to approve agenda. Loeffelholz seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Clerk Christianson verified posting of agenda at Livingston post office, Village message board and Village office on 1/3/19.

Motion by Loeffelholz to approve December minutes. Gluege seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Police Report

The new deputy, Steve Jardo, has started as of January 6th but was not able to attend the meeting. We did have the December police information from Jeremy Harty, that the clerk handed out.

New Business

Motion by Gluege to approve a donation to Muellers for the use of their burn pit in the amount of $250.00. Jelle seconded. All

Treasurers Report-Christina Christianson

Motion by Potter to approve Decemberber Treasurer’s report. Roth seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

There were no bills.

Motion by Loeffelholz to approve Clerk to transfer of funds within the Village accounts through the LGIP and Community First Bank. Friesen seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

President’s Report

None

Maintenance Report- Gary Stuckey

Gary gave a brief report. Discussion was had about replacing manhole covers. Estimated at approximately $2000 a manhole and that is on the high end. Gary also discussed the need to have a utility committee meeting regarding the possibility of getting solar power at the sewer plant.

Motion to Adjourn

Motion by Loeffelholz to adjourn at 6:55 pm. Potter seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
