REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES

HELD AT VILLAGE HALL-220 W. BARBER AVE, LIVINGSTON, WI 53554

Meeting called to order at 6:36pm by Village president, Tom Brown.
Roll call taken; Tom Brown-present, Rosie Gluege-present, Chris Roth-present, Ron Haas- present , Ryan Walter-Present & Earl McLean-present. Kimberly Loeffelholz-Absent . Also in attendance were, Gary Stuckey and Christina Christianson.
Motion by Haas to approve agenda. Roth seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Verified posting of agenda at Livingston post office, Village message board and Village office on 1/4/18.
Motion by Gluege to approve regular board December minutes McLean seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

None as Jeremy was not able to attend meeting.

Motion by Gluege to approve Picnic Licenses for LCIC on February 15, 2018 and temporary wine and beer license along with temporary operator licenses for Stephanie Anderson and Becky Yelinek. Roth seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Treasurers Report-Christina Christianson

Motion by Haas to approve December treasurer’s report. Brown seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.
Motion by Gluegeto approve Clerk transferring of funds within the Village accounts and through the LGIP and Community First Bank. McLean seconded. All in favor. Motion passed.

Unfinished Business
Â
Motion by Haas to accept the employee handbook with corrections and updates regarding employee maintenance area. Brown seconded. All in favor. Motion passed. Employees will be given the updated copies and sign acceptance form.

Clerk Report-Christina Christianson

Clerk vacation approved. Clerk will be gone January 11, 2018 through January 18, 2018.

Maintenance Report- Gary Stuckey
Â
Gary gave his maintenance report. The inspection for the water and sewer facilities has been done and all are ok. Christmas lights were taken down January 9, 2018 by Eric Thompson.

The easement that Delta 3 Engineering did regarding the easement for street lights on Ridge Ave is ready to go and when Christina receives it she will forward on to the Village attorney to record at the court.
Water main break on Woodward Ave by church has all been fixed.
