VILLAGE OF LIVINGSTON

REGULAR BOARD MEETING

TUESDAY –SEPTEMBER 11, 2012

HELD AT VILLAGE HALL-220 W. BARBER AVE, LIVINGSTON, WI 53554

Meeting called to order at 7pm by President Tom Brown.

Those in attendance: Brown- Yes, Gluege- Yes, Walter - Yes, Loeffelholz –Yes and Richards- Yes. Absent were France and Haas. Also present were Bart Neis, Betty Schambow and Joanne Marshall.

Clerk Christianson verified the agenda was posted at the Village Post Office, Village Message Board and Village Office on 9/06/12. Board member packets were delivered to all members on 9/07/2012.

Motion made by Gluege to approve August Minutes. Loeffelholz seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Delta 3 Engineering-Bart Nies

The Village is still waiting for payment of Grant monies from the DNR Safe Drinking Water Grant for Well #2 project.

Bart had some figures and numbers for work that may be possibly done on County Rd E when Grant County comes through next summer to redo the road. See attached sheets for options and numbers from Delta 3 Engineering.

Bart discussed with the board the options that the Village has for County Road E. The Village board decided to wait until next month to decide what to do as they want the absent members input.

ASSESSOR/ZONING REPORT

Not present

LIBRARY BOARD

Betty gave a nice report and updated the board with what has been happening at the library. The summer was busy and the usage and circulation has increased even though there has been road construction all summer. Toddler story time will start September 26, 2012 and will be from 10am to 10:45am.

OLD BUSINESS

Kim Loeffelholz gave a report on the progress of the resource guide. Some items were noted and discussed and will be changed or looked at before a final copy is printed. They
