VILLAGE OF LIVINGSTON

REGULAR BOARD MEETING

MONDAY, JANUARY 3, 201

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.

Clerk Johnson took roll call Tom Brown Yes, Ron Haas Yes, Rosie Gluege Yes, Kyle Richards Yes, Deb France Yes, Tim Loeffelholz Yes and Randy Warne Yes. Also present were Clerk Johnson, Joe Kitelinger and Ric Riniker.

Clerk Johnson verified the agenda was posted at the Village Post Office, Village Message Board and Village Office on 12/30/10.

Deb made a motion to approve the minutes from December 6 with the corrections of Ron and Tim abstained under presidents’ report and that Ron made motion and Deb seconded to come out of closed session and Tim made motion to close meeting and Rosie seconded. All I. Motion carried.

Bart from Delta 3 was not here.

Ron made a motion to approve the December Treasurer Reports. Deb seconded the motion. Tom Brown Yes, Ron Haas Yes, Rosie Gluege Yes, Kyle Richards Yes, Deb France Yes, Tim Loeffelholz Yes and Randy Warne Yes. Motion carried. Tim made a motion to leave $30000.00 in the LGIP account and put what was taking out into the Livingston State Bank LGIP. Deb seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Ron made a motion to approve the bills to be paid from Delta 3 in the amount of $1466.00 and $1500.00 and from J&I Construction in the amount of $4725.00. Deb seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Ric Riniker

Ric stated that this time of the year is a slow time for him.

Police Report

People are not doing the alternet side parking and that he is going to start giving out tickets.

Clerks Report

Dawn said that she would like to come in on Fridays when she could for a few hours to work on the new utility software. Board agreed to let her come in when she could. Dawn is to call unemployment about Rick Runde.

Library Report

Not here.

Tree Board

The grant that they apply for is late and that they are going to meet next week.

New Business

Deb made a motion to approve Gary Stuckey for a credit card from Livingston State Bank with a limit of $1000.00. Randy seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried. Because of the State Statue the board was unable to hold Caucus at 8pm tonight. So Tim made a motion to move the date of the Caucus to Jan. 17 at 6pm. Deb seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Maintenance Report

The Guy who sold us the contract for the water tower maintenance will not be able to attend this meeting but he will try to be here at the February meeting. Gary got a crash course in training, he helped with a water main break and snow plowing. The start up for the new water tower should be in the next couple of weeks. It will be the end of January before the well can be used.

Tim made a motion to go into closed session. Kyle seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Tim made a motion to come out of closed session. Randy seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Ron made a motion to adjourn. Kyle seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Next meeting will be on February 7.
