REGULAR BOARD MEETING

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2010

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.

Clerk Johnson took roll call Tom Brown Yes, Ron Haas Yes, Rosie Gluege Yes, Kyle Richards Yes, Deb France Yes, Tim Loeffelholz Yes and Randy Warne Yes. Also present were Clerk Johnson, Steve Jones and Joe Kitelinger.

Clerk Johnson verified the agenda was posted at the Village Post Office, Village Message Board and Village Office on 10/28/10.

Ron made a motion to approve the minutes from October 4 and the Planning and Zoning minutes from October 4. Rosie seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Bart from Delta 3 said that he has received 2 pay requests. Ron made a motion to approve the pay request from Gehrmann in the amount of $30255.00.00. Rosie seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried. Deb made a motion to approve the pay request from Midwest General Contractors in the amount of $45558.67. Randy seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried. Ron made a motion for Midwest General request for an extension on the motor control until November 12th 2010. Tim seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried. Tim made a motion for Midwest General for an extension on the generation until December 10th 2010. Rosie seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Tim made a motion to approve the October Treasurer Reports. Ron seconded the motion. Tom Brown Yes, Ron Haas Yes, Rosie Gluege Yes, Kyle Richards Yes, Deb France Yes, Tim Loeffelholz Yes and Randy Warne Yes. Motion carried

Tim made a motion to approve the bills to be paid from JI Construction. Rosie seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried.

Police Report

Alternet side parking has started as of November 1 and will run until April 30.

Clerks Report

Got the budget ready for public view, need to set a date for the public hearing of the budget and its approval.

Library Report

Not here.

Tree Board

The Tree Board left brochures in the Village Office about the Ash bore Tree. Also they are planning on planting trees in the Village in the spring.

Tim made a motion to approve Dawn to take money out of the LGIP account at the Livingston State Bank. Deb seconded the motion. All I. Motion carried. The date and times were set up for the week of November 8 to 11 6pm to 8pm.

Maintenance Report

Park shelter cement is on hold. Joe has not been able to make contact with SWTC to set up time for the cement work. There have been several comments about the fire ball on the water tower.
